Per “de minimis” rules followed by many public agencies, small gifts are limited to $20 and no more than two per customer each calendar year.

$200 donation to a nonprofit or community group you choose if your referral signs with Caselle.

Who can refer?

Any current Black Mountain Software customer under contract.

Who can be referred?

A city, town, or district not currently using Black Mountain Software.

How do I refer?

Fill out our referral form with:

    • City/town name

    • Contact name and title

    • Contact email and phone number

What’s the reward?

  • $20 Visa gift card for submitting a qualified referral (up to two per calendar year, per de minimis rules).

  • $200 donation to a nonprofit or community organization you choose if they sign with Black Mountain Software.

When will I receive it?

Within 60 business days after:

  • The referral is submitted (for the $20 gift card).

  • The referred city signs their agreement (for the $200 donation

Can I be recognized?

Yes! If you’d like, we can share your contribution on our social media pages or on our website. Recognition is always optional and only done with your permission.

Are there any restrictions?

Yes — referrals must be submitted before the city has already engaged with Black Mountain Software. Self-referrals are not allowed.
